Azure Global organises its reporting structure according to client requirements. A standard structure might look like:
- Our UK based FD / Account Director act as a bridge between you and the back office team to ensure your requirements are understood and the financial information is delivered accurately and in a timely manner to you
- You are allocated a named offshore account manager who liaises with you on a day to day basis and is contactable via UK phone number and email.
- Our offshore Account Managers visit UK on a regular basis and will spend time with you specially at the beginning of the assignment to understand the business, your requirements and your organisation’s culture which are fundamental to us delivering a quality service to you
- We take the responsibility of making sure your offshore Accounts Manager is kept up to date with the latest developments in your business so that they can deliver service that is relevant and in line with your expectations.
