Level One: Azure’s FDs and senior account directors are based on-shore in the UK. They are ultimately responsible for client relationship management and work in close conjunction with the client’s senior management team. The FD and account director oversee the whole team.

Level Two: the FD has a direct link to a qualified accountant, based either in the UK, at the client’s offices, or at one of Azure’s offshore locations. The financial controller is in day to day contact with the client.

Level Three: the financial controller manages and works with a team of offshore qualified accountants and book-keepers to deliver the rest of the services. The entire team is completely briefed on and immersed in the client’s business and as such are able to identify and question any unusual variances in the business.
