Azure Global has signed up a top 20 accountancy practice who is outsourcing their year end accountancy work and monthly book keeping assignments to Azure Global. Azure Global Wins Outsourcing Contract for a Large Accountancy Firm

Azure Global has won a contract to provide accountancy outsourcing services to a large accountancy firm in the UK. Under the contract Azure Global’s Lahore office will deliver over 2,500 sets of accounts within a period of 3 months and provide ongoing outsourcing services to the client firm. “We were up against some of the big names in accountancy outsourcing industry, and winning the contract shows the professional and value for money service we provide to our customers” said Hammad Farooqi, Managing Director of Azure Global.
Azure Colombo office now fully operational

Azure has expanded its back office capabilities by opening up an office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. “Sri Lanka has a large pool of accountants with UK qualifications (CIMA and ACCA) which makes Colombo an ideal destination for serving our UK client base” said Hammad Farooqi Managing Director of Azure Global. Sri Lankan operations are lead by Shamani Fonseka (FCMA) who brings with her over 15 years of international experience of working in industry and leading Finance and IT operations.

Shamani Fonseka FCMA joined Azure Global as Director Sri Lankan Operations to set up back office operations in Sri Lanka. Shamani brings with her over 15 years of international industry experience. She has worked with several large organisations in Sri Lanka and Dubai managing systems implementation projects and aligning business and IT strategy. She also worked as Finance Manager in Technology, Leisure and Air Line industry.
